The 2026 Blue Heron Fall League is almost here! The season begins this Wednesday, August 5th.

Thank you to everyone who signed up. Registration is now closed, and we have 30 players, which means we will be playing with two flights of 15 players each.

Weekly Registration Reminder

To play each week, you must register by Monday at 12:00 PM (Noon).

Please sign up on www.acgolfleague.com by clicking the “Register for BH Round” button.

Pairings will be posted to the website on Tuesday following the registration deadline. If you are not registered by 12:00 PM on Monday, you will not be eligible to play that week’s round. Please make it a habit to register as early as possible.

Pairings will be created at random and will consist of both Flight 1 and Flight 2 players, giving everyone the ability to socialize with other members!

Spring League Wrap-Up

This coming Wednesday will also mark the conclusion of the Spring League.

We have organized groups that will be completing the remaining approved makeup matches. This is the final opportunity to complete Spring League makeup matches. Any matches that are not completed this week will be recorded as unplayed, and the Spring League standings will be finalized following Wednesday’s rounds.

To keep things fair and on schedule, makeup matches will only be permitted if you are playing in the scheduled group with the team you are making up a match against. No additional makeup matches will be approved after this week.

The season is set at both Blue Heron Pines on Wednesdays and Twisted Dune on Thursdays.  Please check the links on the left to ensure everything is appearing as you expect.  If not, please contact the President or VP

Due to ponding on the course, the superintendent has closed BH for the day. I will update the schedule tonight.

Thanks to all for continuing to submit scores and matches in a timely manner.  Just a few notes: please be sure to check Recent Rounds and Recent Matches to ensure that the data is entered correctly.  If there is an issue, please contact either the President or the Vice President so it can be fixed in the database.

You will also notice that we are color-coding the matches on the schedule that have been entered and recorded.  If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us immediately.  The updates are made each week as the matches are verified and recorded.  Any match that is not color coded will need to be made-up, please work with your opponents to get them on the books.  Make-up matches for Twisted Dune can be played Monday through Thursday after 3:45 — just contact the course to coordinate.  Make-up matches for Blue Heron can be played by coordinating with Wally at the course.  If you need assistance, please contact either the President or the VP to coordinate.

Thanks to all who came out for our windy and cold outing on 3/27, it was an extremely fun time and it was great catching up with everyone.

Our season has officially started.  The Twisted League starts on Thursday 4/3 and Blue Heron starts on Wednesday 4/9.  Please see the schedules (linked from the main page).  Note: we now have 3 flights at Blue Heron… ought to be an excellent season… that means we play 15 weeks instead of 14.  We have time assuming that there aren’t many weather interruptions.

Please check the Handicaps and ensure it shows the tee box that you plan on playing from this year.  As noted at the rules meeting, you need to play from the tee box that is shown on the website, if you wish to change, please let an officer know and we will make the adjustment.

For the Twisted league, if you have any questions about the “knockdown” weeks, please see a league officer (Kyle, Mike T., Chris V. or Derek) and they can explain.

Just a reminder of our outing this coming Thursday at Blue Heron Pines. It is a 12:30 shotgun start so please be there no later than 12:00. This gives you time to pay tribute to your officers with a round of warm up drinks.
